I equip karaoke entertainers. I only associate with the most reliable. We both take pride in our jobs. Their talent plus my top notch audio/visual equipment equals a really fun show for any type of event. The idea works great. Clubs and private party customers call us again and again.

Karaoke shows are not the same. You will only be disappointed if you hire someone who doesn't have the songs your guests want to sing. Thanks to our nightly karaoke bar shows, we are uniquely aware of what songs people are currently interested in singing. Our KJ's selections are constantly updated to satisfy the needs of their customers singers. We even have the top latest hits on the popular radio stations. That's pretty rare in this business.

The story starts in 1989. I was already a full time nightclub disc-jockey working seven nights a week at area dance clubs. One of the clubs I worked in was owned by a major hotel chain (Holiday Inn). I came into work one night and some people affiliated with a Japanese company were just finishing the installation of a big bulky karaoke machine they had leased to the hotel. They said we were the first club west of Los Angeles to try karaoke in English. I soon saw why. There weren't many karaoke songs in English yet. For a few months, my show continued to be mostly DJ music. Only two people were brave enough to try it that first night. As more new CDs came out, there started to be a better selection of songs for people to sing. That helped karaoke continue to become more and more popular.

In 1992 I bought my first mobile singing system to add to my DJ business. Karaoke was getting bigger. They started wanting it at weddings, reunions, schools and colleges. Suddenly, I had singers asking me if I could help them get into the karaoke business. Because you need good quality equipment and a giant music library to be successful, most were unable to make that kind of investment. I saw an opportunity to become a supplier, so I added a couple more systems. Since then, some great entertainers have asked me to equip them. That helps keep me in touch with the karaoke community and very aware of which songs people want to sing.

Thank you for reading this. I would be happy to refer you to a great karaoke entertainer. Especially (but not limited to) ones equipped by me.
